Raimund Steinforth was a member of Liverpool Chess club for a few years in the late 19th Century. Further research to be conducted.
He is known to have been a musician and a member of the legal profession. He organised the music for the Liverpool Chess club Ball of 1892 with Mr Gallagher and the link shows he was director of music in a local church at this time (see foot of article)
